How to Use the Custom Signal Generator

- Deep Mechanical Action: Select a Sawtooth or Square wave. These waveforms feature sharp, sudden voltage transitions that shake stubborn particles much harder than smooth sine waves.

Understanding Waveforms
Sound waves are defined by their physical geometries:
Sine Wave:
The purest audio shape. Smooth, rounded pressure transitions. Ideal for standard liquid ejection and earbud testing.
Square Wave:
Alternates instantly between positive and negative extremes. Extremely buzzy and harsh. Delivers high impact forces to displace heavy dust.
Sawtooth Wave:
Rises linearly then drops instantly. Combines smooth displacement with sharp snaps, creating a highly effective mechanical cleaning pattern.
Triangle Wave:
A linear rise and fall. Falls between sine and square. Provides a clean, focused punch perfect for medium-sized speaker cones.
